The optional presentation sleeve can be inserted between framed or stretched pieces or artwork as an additional layer of protection. Also, the detachable shoulder strap can be used to set the case up as a bin to use for easier presentations to clients.
Q:
Will the airlines accept these cases as carry-ons or as checked luggage?
A:
Each airline has different restrictions now. We suggest that you call your airlines for specific requirements and additional fees.
Q:
How are your items being protected inside the case?
A:

A:
The cases have four (4) hook-and-loop straps sewn on the bottom of the case. Two wheels are needed which fit snugly through the straps and around the base of the case. The front wheel swivels and is directional, the rear wheel is fixed. The wheel is almost totally hidden under the case providing a solid base yet does not protrude to catch a shoe while walking. The top handle and the detachable shoulder strap help to steer the case. When the wheels are not needed, they may be stored in the side pocket of the case.
Q:

A:
The wheels are made of a black powder coated metal with two rubber wheels. They can withstand at least 45 to 60 lbs. of weight. It is imperative that the wheels are removed before checking a TRANZPORTER through as airline baggage.

Presentation Sleeves FAQ
Q:
What is the presentation sleeve made of?
A:
The presentation sleeve is made of Veltex®, the felted material that hook-and-loop will adhere to. This item ships folded up and is constructed like a pillow case. A board or piece of foamcore is inserted into the sleeve to make it rigid.
Q:
What is the presentation sleeve used for?
A:
Frame samples with hook-and-loop may be adhered to the sleeve, making it easy to take samples for presentations. It also works to lean a piece of artwork on the sleeve and place frame samples around the work to show the differences in frames. The sleeve may be used as a separator between pieces of framed/unframed artwork.

How many presentation sleeves can fit into a Portfolio Case?
A:
Two or three sleeves with frame samples can fit into a case. If the sleeves are used as artwork protectors/separators, several sleeves will fit into the portfolio case.

A:
Foamcore slips easily into the presentation sleeve making a rigid and sturdy backdrop for frame samples and artwork.
Q:
How do you take samples on an appointment when showing artwork?
A:
You can take them all in one case. Take a presentation sleeve with samples attached to one side of the sleeve and strap it inside the case with the frames against the case. Place the artwork on the other side of the case. The presentation sleeve will then protect your artwork.
